Recommendation:


That the comments presented be submitted on behalf of the Council of the Corporation of the County of Bruce to the Province of Ontario as additional comments in response to the updated Environmental Registry posting 019-6813;


And further, that the report of the Director of Planning and Development, dated July 13, 2023, titled Proposed Provincial Planning Statement Natural Heritage Policies and comments be forwarded to local municipalities within the County for their information and consideration.

School Board Conditions for Development Applications

Recommendation:


That Committee direct staff to strike requested school board conditions regarding school capacity and proceed to delegated approval, if all other issues are addressed, for all land division applications in Bruce County.

Act on Recommendations

 

That in accordance with the Procedure By-law, staff be authorized and directed to give effect to the actions of the Planning and Development Committee in respect of all resolutions passed during the July 13, 2023 meeting.
