  That the revisions as outlined in the Volunteer Program Policy be approved.

c.

Transportation & Environmental Services - 10-Year County Forest Inventory - Funding Request

• Motion:

  That Council approve the transfer of funds from the Tax Stabilization Reserve to fund the 10-year Bruce County Forest Inventory in the amount of $120,000.00; and

  That Staff be authorized to enter into an Agreement with FSmith Consulting Inc. to undertake a 10-year forest inventory of Bruce County owned forests.

Transportation & Environmental Services - Off-Road Vehicle Bylaw-Bruce County Roads

• Motion:

  That a by-law be introduced to regulate and control the movement of off-road vehicles on sections of roads under the County’s jurisdiction.

e.

Planning & Development - Spring 2024 Planning Legislation and Proposed PPS

• Motion:

  That staff submit the attached comments as presented in the draft letters dated May 2, 2024, to the province through the Environmental Registry of Ontario.
