• That the minutes of the April 18, 2024 meeting of the Bruce County Housing Corporation Annual General Meeting be adopted as circulated.

Action Items

a.

Bruce County Housing Corporation 2025 Annual General Meeting

• 1. That the following be appointed to the respective positions on the Bruce County Housing Corporation:
     Chair Luke Charbonneau
     Vice-Chair Donald Murray
     Chief Executive Officer Tina Metcalfe
     Treasurer Sam Dinsmore
     Deputy Treasurer Lynn Hatten
     Secretary Linda White
     Officer Todd Theriault
     Officer Tania Dickson; and
  2. That the unaudited financial statements as approved by the Shareholders at the proceeding meeting of the Shareholder be approved; and
  3. That all acts, by-laws, resolutions, contracts, proceedings, elections, appointments, and payments enacted, passed, made, done or taken by the Directors or Officers of the Bruce County Housing Corporation since the date of the last Annual Meeting of the Members of the Corporation be and the same are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed; and
  4. That the next Shareholders meeting, and Annual General Meeting will take place no later than June 4, 2026.
