That the meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m.

Nomination of Election of Chair
 

Councilor Charbonneau confirmed his willingness to accept the nomination and there being only one nomination, Councilor Charbonneau was declared Chair.  Councilor Charbonneau assumed the Chair.
