a.

Transportation and Environmental Services - Transfer of Funds from BR 19 and Bridge Reserve to Durham Street Bridge Immediate Repairs

• Motion:

  That capital project TS-2023-027 for Bruce Road 19 be deferred to a future year, and budgeted funds including Canada Community Benefit Fund (CCBF) be reallocated to the Durham Street Bridge Project TS-2021-014 in the amount of $1,850,000.00; and

  That the 2024 budget be revised to reflect a transfer from the County Bridge Reserve up to $1,167,000.00 to pay for the remaining costs of the Durham Street Bridge Immediate Repairs.

b.

Transportation & Environmental Services - Assume and dedicate a 2.134 metre widening to the County Highway System

• Motion:

  That a by-law be introduced to establish Part 4 on survey Plan 3R10817, being a 2.134 metre widening, to the Public Highway System for the Corporation of the County of Bruce and forming part of Bruce Road 6 East.

Museum - Request for Archives Deaccession April 2024

• Motion:

  That the items listed in the “Archival Items Recommended for Deaccession April 2024” be approved for deaccession from the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre’s collection.

Corporate Services - Municipal Capital Facility Agreement with Town of South Bruce Peninsula

• Motion:

  That a by-law be introduced authorizing the Warden and Clerk to execute the Town of South Bruce Peninsula’s Municipal Capital Facility Agreement for the Sauble Beach Paramedic Station.

e.

Corporate Services - 2023 Financial Statements - Unaudited Results

• Motion:

  That $100,000 be transferred to the Winter Control Reserve: and,

  That $750,000 be transferred to the Affordable Housing Program – Creation of New Units reserve; and,

  That $375,000 be transferred to the General Facilities Reserve; and,

  That the remainder of the 2023 surplus funds be allocated to the Tax Stabilization Reserve as per existing policy.
